Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.

Domestic Returns

Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. We include a UPS return label in every package. Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:

  • Fill out the reverse side of the included returns form with your order number and the items you are returning. For each item, please indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed at the bottom.
  • Attach your UPS return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
  • Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.
  • You will receive an email from UPS when your package is in transit and again once we have received it. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

If you’ve lost your return label and need a replacement, please contact our Experience Department at help@needsupply.com. You may also send returns back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense.
